Facility Management Division is responsible for the maintenance of 127 buildings and 34 parking facilities containing over 5,155,804 square feet of space. The buildings contain over 1,646 items of building systems equipment which are included in our preventive maintenance program. The Division's budget also pays the utility bills for electricity, water, sewer, natural gas, and number 2 fuel oil used in facilities owned and allocated to the Department of Administration.
