Pre-Proposal Conferences

Pre-Proposal Conferences for Renovation Projects

Pre-Proposal Conferences will normally be conducted in the Main Conference Room on the first floor of the Facility Management Building, 431 North Salisbury Street, Raleigh, North Carolina. Free parking for contractors is available on the south side of the Facility Management Building. Attendance at the Pre-Proposal Conference and walk-through is required to submit a proposal for each renovation project. Each Pre-Proposal Conference will start promptly at the designated time. Late arrivals will not be permitted to join a conference after it has begun. The date and time for receipt of the sealed bids will be established by all contractors in attendance at the end of the conference and will be based on mutual agreement. Contractors will be required to sign in before the conference and sign out after the site visit. Each contractor must bring a Driver's License or an ID with a picture to enter the building project site.

  • There are no pre-proposal conferences scheduled at present.

Paint Projects
